When considering a renovation project, the first question most people ask us is, "What will it cost?"  We have put together a list of average cost for a variety of remodeling projects.  As with every rule of thumb, there are always exceptions.  But if you are considering a new living space, we hope these estimates will help you develop a realistic budget.

• Average Design Fees: 15% of Construction Cost, plus reimbursable. $100 per hour

• Bathroom Remodel: $10,000 to $20,000

• Bathroom Upgrade: $20,000 to $60,000

• Family Room Addition: $170 to $250 per sq. ft.

• Finished Basement/Attic: $75 to $125 per sq. ft.

• Kitchen Remodel: $25,000 to $65,000

• Kitchen Upgrade: $35,000 to $95,000

• Painting: $950 to $1,500 per room

• Replacement Windows:
  Andersen Double Hung Tilt: $925 to $1,625
  Andersen Woodwright Insert: $825 to $1,250

We have a minimum charge of $450.
